Wish*List for TM2

Do you have any wishes that the next version of Trackmania Forever (United, Nations, Sunrise,...) should have.

My personal wishes are as follow:

1. The ability to switch cars (-skins) within match.
This wish came up as I was trying to find the best car (skin), with which I can drive better times during testings,
training and battles.

2. Trackeditor should allow the use of kerbs, to enable F1 fans to build F1 tracks.

Please post any feature you wish the game should have in it's next version.

Hello, and welcome to the TM community! Hope you enjoy your stay. You're posting in the wrong place. There's a TM1 forum about half-way down the page from here. *points* And further, TM1 isn't going to be upgraded any further, as far as Nadeo has stated. Please don't let this deter you from buying TM2 in any way.

Well, whether he's talking about TM2 or TM1, those ideas hold over to TM2, so it fits, I guess.

I like the idea of the skin-switching. Like, to use OP's example, I want to use a skin for training, say, a Shelby 500 skin, and a skin to race, say, the Saleen S7, I'd like to be able to do so within a server.


An idea I have... hmm... I have none at the moment. XD

I really like this idea. It should be possible to do more settings stuff, while playing on a server. Like watching a replay for the map, which is actual played, without leaving the server.

It's not necessary to display km/h, because it's an arcade racer and the speed will therefore be an arbitrary unit. And there won't be a mobile version (at least this is what i think), because they used such big effort to make it playable on low config settings for the pc. There won't be resources to make it playable on mobiles with the rest of maniaplanet behind all (SM,QM).

Firstly, I would like to see American units of measurement in this version of TM, believe it or not, that could be a big draw to some US customers (non-forum members )

And they should make a Maniaplanet device, if they're already making an OS
