If I want to add a server to favorite, it doesn't work : mcontrol?favorite=mylogin => "manialink doesn't exist"

it seems like i've deleted the manialink-code in the past ^^
recreated! should be fine now, my bad

today we've pushed an update to version 0.13
beside general improvements it's fixing problems regarding the automatic updating & plugin installing and loading

for some users it might not be possible to update to 0.13 automatically, i'm really sorry but you will have to do it manually
you can fully blame me for that! seems like i haven't been fully awake while working

p.s. you might find some almost empty files in the current version, they have been added to overwrite old files that might cause issues otherwise, they will be removed from the project in the future as soon as we can be sure that nobody has issues anymore, so don't worry about them
