Maniaplanet 3.1 RC1 quick fix wishes

-My friendslist was totally emptied after patch, i lost all my messages and friends.

Have you tried to click on the server button then the buddies button? (in the buddy interface) It worked for me.

• Buttons "House" (Home?), "i" (Info) and "Multiplayer" are not very responsive. Tried e.g. on TM² and Elite titles.
  I have to click several times, perhaps the hidden link is not on the whole button?
  Or because the Multiplayer has to load lot of data for the server display? I could see the flags dropping in one by one...
  The major buttons above, and of the main menus should cause a direct interruption of any other inside overly action.
  
  After a mousclick, users generally expect a GUI reaction in less than 1 second. Or they start clicking again and again.
  Even if some data has to be fetched, please switch the contents of the main pane, in worst case display briefly a "loading..." message.
  But please don't leave the users with uncertaincy what the game is doing.
  
  Edit: I found out now... those three buttons need DOUBLECKLICK
  Please make them useable with single mouse click only, as it is already with the PLAY button.

I can't reproduce at all. The change should be instantaneous.

Maybe it would be good idea to split topic for this specific bug.

Why are all the score panels for locals and dedi's blue backgrounds now?? Is there a way to change it back to transparent backgrounds for the panels again? It's very distracting.

i also noticed that when you press tab and click someones name on a server,the car isn't in the blue box

Seeing that noone posted the problem until now makes me think its a problem at my end, but when I Alt+TAB out of the game (while it is in fullscreen) and do something on the desktop I can't tab back into the game. When I click on ManiaPlanet in the taskbar all I get is a black screen and nothing but CTRL+ALT+DEL works.

Having this problem only since the last update.

Seeing that noone posted the problem until now makes me think its a problem at my end, but when I Alt+TAB out of the game (while it is in fullscreen) and do something on the desktop I can't tab back into the game. When I click on ManiaPlanet in the taskbar all I get is a black screen and nothing but CTRL+ALT+DEL works.

Having this problem only since the last update.

the backflip on the ground looks terrible + its a macro for minijump.
Everybodddddy is using it, and im sure that NADEO didnt want this result. It should be tweaked ASAP

Same problem for me, also 1st time after the update yesterday.

Try to use ALT+ENTER to switch into small windowed mode. Then you can just do what you need on the desktop and later you can use ALT+ENTER on the windowed game to go fullscreen again.
I'm used to this method now, as there've been issues with alt+tab before and alt+enter is instantaneous

Thanks for going offtopic to try to fix this problem for us, but that doesn't work either. It looks like the game simply freezes whenever I go to the desktop.

- Borders of the Elite background menu are strange.
