Could you see any other custom skins/models? Because even if your settings are correct now, maybe the seetings of your friend are not, and then no one of you could see the skin of the other.

Also I see your posts are only half an hour apart. Do you use a locator? If not, depending on your connection and the skin/model size of your skin and also of all the other custom ones of the people on the server, the upload/download may take some time.

Last but not least the P2P can also be disabled server-side. So if you see no other custom skins, you may also try a different server and again wait some time.

Yes I have a locator, it connects to dropbox, right to the main download. And yes I could see other people's skins. But only server hosts and some others. Same as before.
