I didn't notice any cheaters yet, but... I'm afraid that they might come soon or later.
How are we supposed to prevent cheating when there are aimbots or any other cheating tools?
If user is banned and still on demo, he can simply re-register. What to do?
Question: Cheating.

Re: Question: Cheating.
When you notice that a player is cheating, please use the report abus function to report him by doing as follows: when you are on a server, press "esc" -> "advanced options" -> "player profile" and then send a report abus.

It could be effective for a bit, but... he could make another (mostly demo) account and it goes again.Alinoa wrote:When you notice that a player is cheating, please use the report abus function to report him by doing as follows: when you are on a server, press "esc" -> "advanced options" -> "player profile" and then send a report abus.
What if cheat is hardly noticeable for players but still effective? Cheater could cheat in small ways, but he would be able to get some advantage still.
Is it possible to implement validation in SM? Even though it seems impossible, there should be some other way like to warn if some player has invalid values.
What if I report a player who is actually playing legit?
Sorry for asking so many questions, I just fear about worse issues.
