Low-res textures and lighting glitches in TM2: Stadium.

I recently bought Stadium in a Steam sale. I liked the game. However, I was disappointed because of the texture quality. When I looked at gameplay videos, everyone seemed to have the perfect textures but mine were pixel-y. Today I noticed some lighting glitches on the road and grass. Here are some screenshots:

My graphics card is a Nvidia GeForce GT 730M 4GB if you're wondering.
EDIT: I have my texture quality set to High so that isn't the problem.
Then I just have one question; Will this happen on a Nvidia GeForce GTX 770 4GB?

Hm, i have similar problem with textures on laptop (Intel HD Graphics).
How much video memory is written in settings? And try game in PC

It says 104MB, but for example TMNF says over 3000MB.

go to NVIDIA Contrl Panel, add Maniaplanet.exe and ManiaplanetLauncher.exe, and make sure NVIDIA GPU is used for them (in your case Intel HD is used, which sucks).

For both of them, My Nvidia GPU was already in use.

1) He's install game from Steam, it download HD textures already
2) And he say "i turned texture quality in High". ManiaPlanet see only 103 MB of 4 GB in videocard, it's problem.

Make sure your laptop is connected to power supply, and that it does not use "low power" or "balanced profile".
Do you really have configured your video driver properly, as already suggested above?

Delete your documents\ManiaPlanet\Config\Default.SystemConfig.Gbx and try again.

Today it showed me a popup when I tried to start the game. It was something like "You have 101MB video memory. 128MB is the minimum. Do you wish to continue?"
