I am not sure what you mean, but isn't "executive control of SC2 belongs exclusively to Blizzard" the same thing with regards to different game and different company where the game is in much better state in terms of players count and competitions?

Imagine If there was more stamina and if they decreased it to the amount that we had all the time, then one could say the same "it doesn't offer anything" as well, still most of us (I guess) were OK with amount of stamina we had before MP3. The change itself doesn't have to offer anything. It is better to judge the current state of the gameplay in the same way as if you got it from the start. Is it still fun? Is it still good for competitive play? etc.

This particular change might break some obstalce maps, it is sad to loose the effort. But if you don't like this or don't like from gameplay perspective, then just say about it, and don't make things look more grim than they actually are.

I myself don't like that I have consideralby less stamina on strafe as before, but I don't overreact over this. This is a small change that I have to adapt to or say that I still don't like this without implying "omg the game is broken, i quit".

Btw with this new system acceleration is slower. With B2/B3 switch new microjump we got some delay with acceleration. But here it's feel too much movements is too slow. :?

The falling damage is really frustrating. It destroys the obstacle gameplay and makes almost all gamemodes with vertical-aligned maps (combo e.g.) unplayable.

I dont wont to provoce something but I like the feature just subjective without having any reason for it. For me it adds something. Like if u are not driving with an automatic gear box but with a manual one.

One simple thing, just have an option to remove it or not,

BECAUSE there is a huge number of people that do like it..

And you can choose to play on a server that has it or does not.

Instead of making a BIG forum issue about it, ask for an option to turn it off,

No? When im not playing a cup I would like to play fun games , not just for the fun of it but also to improve my skills for when I do have cups.
I play Joust to have more rocket hits in Elite when i have cup.
I play obstacle to have better movement in Elite when I have cup.

If joust rockets would be completely different, then whats the point?
The same goes for this falling damage : --> no if its random, yes if it works properly.
Those should be the only 2 acceptable options... Not the easy middle solution?

Big deal, so what, its not of an interest, why.

Obviously there is falling damage,

So I like it for melee, its perfect and challenging,

And having it just be a script option, would resolve those that run their servers,

AND if they be a "cup" in any "title" learn to play with it off or on, let popularity win.

It is not that big of a deal, like really seriously.

I like options, and then customize the game to fit those who choose to play the way
they want, let it go, drop it, vote it an option and please to make a happy medium.

Just don't want to see horror characters on maniapark thou, big no no.
