Track Cost on first open

Hello,

I'm currently just knowing the way to publish tracks on an own manialink and create one manialink per map with a planets cost.
Now since every manialink costs 100 planets per month and I also want to publish tracks somewhere other I need another option to set a planet cost for maps.

I've seen this some times that you download a track for free but on the first opening you have to pay a one time fee to the author.

How to create this option and is it also compatible with the steam workshop?
