Request: Map-Editor Plugin that shows the Tornado Radius

One of my all time wishes was to see how much the Tornado shrinks in the Royal Script while I am in the Map-Editor. To be honest I don't even know wether this is possiple in a Map-Editor Plugin or how much work it would be. I would just like to see a simple circle around the Pole that shows me the default shrink Radius of the Tornado. It could help to see where People can camp/can't be seen. This would be really helpful for every Royal Mapper
