It seems that getServer()->getRankingManager()->getRankings() does not empty its values after map ends.
It collects the callback rankings from the server, but does not clean it after each map played (royal).
So if one person makes 150 points on a map and then leaves.. He still is the #1 the next map if no-one has more than 150 points.

I've setup our server with your code. Made a new version of the plugin (that uses the ranking manager) that can run in test mode. I'll let it run for a while and see if it did the job.
