Well, the electricity costs of hanging around this forum every day for a few weeks will be higher than the price of the game.
It is estimated to cost around €20 (no confirmation yet), that really is not that much.

I think you need to replace that euro sign with a dollar sign, and that 50 will start to make more sense. :P I know a new game around here costs between 50 and 60 bucks, depending on the game...and prices are only going up.

I want to replace the € by $ , that will give a big reduction! 1€ is almost 1.5$ at the moment.

Directly converting currency doesn't work for games sadly. Distributors in most countries have just set a general price range for games, instead of an actual currency conversion relation to other countries. If you convert the Euro price of most games to USD, you'll see it's more USD than the ones actually bought in the US lol. It's the sad reality of the games industry right now, same goes for Australia and many other parts of the world. Sometimes companies will even be so greedy as to price it the same amount as it is USD. Like $15 game is 15 euro XD.

That's why sites like http://www.cdkey-online.com/ are great, since they buy bulk keys in USD and then sell them to Europeans for the proper currency conversion, only taking a little money off the top to fund the website and their time, not to make a profit.

Although due to the current value of the USD, the conversion rate for games isn't so bad right now haha.
