For the hotlinks i guess it´s possible to display there your self chosen packs or a calendar feed with the newest calendar entrys or a manialink or a quick serverlist (there should be enough space in one tile for 5 or 6 servers/entrys of a specific feed) as hotlink etc.

Next work should go to the game switcher, it will be changed in the future, just have to find a solution how it´s stylish and easy to use

Nice, a mix between Trackmania original background, ManiaPlanet, and some Windows? Android? Widgets, that should be configurable, e.g. position and calender contents.

It would be funny to have the TrackMania and ShootMania basic environments located on the Earth at their presumed correct geographical location
And so users don't miss any, there could be small "geostational" satellite icons floating around the globe, if the title is on the back.
Then the user could either click on such a satellite, or rotate the globe into its direction.

* change "answers" in "comments"
* remove smiley from "buddy-list" icon
* Number color
--> Pink/Purple? I agree... it should have a 3rd color, but not pink.

* Id like some variation in the news. Maybe also a bigger image?
The smaller the image, the less im interested in making an image. ( nobody will see it )

* Dark grey area under news-feed ( with the refresh button & arrows ) seems too big.
Dont forget to respect ur proportions/hierarchy while ur designing.

Yes, the area is quite big and i thought there could be one or two buttons like "Add entry/comment" or "Edit" or something like that. Have to think about that.

News images are quite small and first idea was it´s the user avatar, but for news thats right, there should be a news image or something bigger (wider).

Number color, i´ve chosen this flashy pink as a "signal" color, cause it shows the numbers of new events, for sure it could be another color (ideas?)

Smiley inside the buddy icon, ya that´s a small thing

TMarcs idea with the globe is not bad but i guess it´s a bit to "nerdy" and not handy enough for usage, dunno but i like that idea as well. For sure all items should be fully configurable and moveable, good idea

I think you should ( if u want to ) not change too much & stay close to the current NADEO design.
Maybe you could remove the TM/SM/QM logos & show a title(s) & serverbrowser there?

So it would be more like a reskin of the current design with some easy additions. NADEO will never change the way they work with titles. Its an essential part of their game.
If you keep the TM/SM/QM logos then a user would have to click 1x more. ( = bad )

yes, that´s what it should be, a redesign, some things are still there like the news/forum feed and the tiles (hotlinks etc.) are like the stations, may there should be more of them or the user could add some more or something like that (but not with a system like it is now, buying new free stations, i don´t like that^^)

The big game icons are just not good, i don´t like them how they are now in my pic Thats the next thing i would like to work on, delete these big game icons and find a better solution to access the games, the switcher like it is now in my pic isn´t good.

So the titles are still in there, a little different looking but they are there. May the pic is not selfexplaining enough the ideas behind that
The Store is still there (it´s just the store for titles like it is now), the packs (may this should be renamed to titles) are still there, the editor tile should open a little window for choosing the envi and you are in the editor (like it is now inside the tm2 multi titlepack..)

And in general it´s not final and just my idea to improve the whole thing. As i read in another thread some peoples are complaining, thats ok So any ideas are welcome or maybe some people would do their own thing, go on for that

I´ve reworked everything a bit and now it looks more like a redesign than a full change, i guess it´s really similar to the existing one with some slightly changes.

Games / Titles are now the main view, news are still there and the server browser is there as well. The calendar is gone, cause of space and i guess it´s not needed, maybe the calendar could be a tab beside the news / forum / server tabs
