[MediaTracker] View Screen Toggle

One of the the main problems with the mediatracker editor is the fact that it only shows five or so tracks at once. This makes it difficult to do fancy text displays and other such things, so I had an idea. A button that would toggle the preview screen on/off. when the button is on the editor would look normal but when it is off the preview screen would be replaced with more open tracks that would fill the whole screen.
