MM: Suspended when joining MM

Hello,

I started Maniaplanet for the first time today, joined the official Ubisoft Gold server (full name: Ubisoft Europe SILVER+GOLD - ESWC Maps/MaxSnap 100) a few minutes ago and I was instantly suspended although I did nothing.

And as far as I remember, I didn't leave any MM match in the last days so that I deserve the 2min penalty.

The penalties are saved from a game session to another. You must have leaved a match earlier.

The penalty should be there for some minutes, to prevent too fast switching of servers, but it should perhaps already not be anymore after one hour, and not at all after one day?

Players have too much of an habit to leave matches every time they miss an attack so we had to take action. Keep in mind that it's only 2 minutes

The length of the ban may change (or evolve with time) in the future.

I've just fixed a bug where player had penalties for no reasons
