good, I like it
but I think the role of the police is not fully disclosed.
I think you need to show us the word "police" or colored strobes (or black&white strobes)
and position on the road isn't correct I think - a cop car is not on the roadside

What i've tried to achieve with the cop car was more like a need for speedish situation[nothing realistic], you know when the cops are lurking around the highways on the roadside ready to jump in the pursuit .

now I think cop car needs more cold colours (delete green and add magenta)
