mp01.maniaplanet Server down ???

hello
impossible to connect to the planet from Belgium here
Can not get a connection to the start server
Only off line play possible
Whats up ?
And no it's not firewall problem here
On my second pc laptop same problem

Apparently there is a problem. But no idea what it is exactly and when this will be fixed.

Mp.01 server , whats the function of this server , get connect for europe players and mp.02 03 04 .......for other Regio ?

The servers mp01...mp08 are used to balance the user connections to the ManiaPlanet system.
Some servers are also masterservers, I guess at least mp01 and mp02, they also have the server lists.
More details will be hopefully written by Nadeo these days.
