How to create a custom manialink ?

Is there an ingame function to publish your manialink ?
or
Can you create menu manialink ?

Try the ingame editor for manialinks.

Go to Title -> Editors -> Title Tools -> Interface Designer

Try to put the file inside Documents\ManiaPlanet\Media\Manialinks and then it might work.
