The unique underlying design of a Web page and its contents, including:
links
original text
graphics
audio
video
html, vrml, other unique markup language sequences
List of Web sites compiled by an individual or organization
and all other unique elements that make up the original nature of the material.
When creating a Web page, you CAN:
Link to other Web sites. [However, some individuals and organizations have specific requirements when you link to their Web material. Check a site carefully to find such restrictions. It is wise to ask permission. You need to cite source, as you are required to do in a research paper, when quoting or paraphrasing material from other sources. How much you quote is limited.]
Use free graphics on your Web page. If the graphics are not advertised as "free" they should not be copied without permission.
When creating a Web page, you CANNOT:
Put the contents of another person's or organizations web site on your Web page
Copy and paste information together from various Internet sources to create "your own" document. [You CAN quote or paraphrase limited amounts, if you give credit to the original source and the location of the source. This same principle applies to print sources, of course.]
Incorporate other people's electronic material, such as e-mail, in your own document, without permission.
Forward someone's e-mail to another recipient without permission
Change the context of or edit someone else's digital correspondence in a way which changes the meaning
Copy and paste others' lists of resources on your own web page
Copy and paste logos, icons, and other graphics from other web sites to your web page (unless it is clearly advertised as "freeware." Shareware is not free). Some organizations are happy to let you use their logos, with permission - it is free advertising. But they want to know who is using it. They might not approve of all sites who want to use their logo.

Willa this is my opinion:
Somebody post pictures of the Livestream for the community. This is a nice thing, because it's a good overview for somebody who didn't watch it. Also this is the Trackmania 2 section, and why should a developer from Nadeo be against the pictures? They represent Trackmania 2 as you can see. Your opinion is to show nothing to the community because of the copyright. You are going on my nerves with that. If any Developer from Nadeo would be against it, then all things (pictures,videos...)would be removed here, because ALL is under copyright.
You are men or a kid, who thinks that you will earn some honor or whatever when you write that this things are under copyright and you can't post it? Don't think so, that splits the community, because everyone would know details about the game that other don't know. That's exactly why I made collection threads. It about to give others in the community the knowledge that you have and also to make an good overview of the game. If there would be no videos, pictures, because of copyright -> nothing to discuss -> no community. What I also want to say ALL things in the internet have copyright, if there is no sign that it's ''gamma free''. Copyright doesn't mean that you can't post it without getting a money punishment. In this case the developers are happy that we post pictures/videos and so on, because we entertain ourselves and with the footage we bring new gamers to the community, who will probably buy the game.

There is a livestream - data published on the www. The basic principle of the internet is about copying data from A to B. You can't cut that off! Everyone spreading data around the web must be aware of that!

Well, if moderators or Nadeo asks me, I will remove them

exactly, but they will never ask for that
If you want to make a copyright zone willa then make your own forum, where no videos pictures can be posted, I will laugh, because nobody would join ( nothing to discuss,no fun..)
See you(not) later in the Copyright hell,
Regards,
Max
edit: welcome to the community adderollen, unfornately nobody knows how you get into the beta, that's why you need to wait and then you will see! Congrats to the fourth place
