[INVALID] PostProcessFx enabled has to much contrast

Post by TMarc »

Please add the possibility to modify the PostProcessFX settings also ingame, e.g. to reduce the contrast and the saturation, e.g. with sliders.
Also make these more detailed settings available in the Media Tracker.

At the moment, with the hard enable/disable switch in the Launcher's advanced options, I think it is much to much and looking unnormal, see the comparison below without and with PostProcessFX enabled:

Additionally please don't forget to make the bloom setting independent of PostProcessFX, already reported here

Thanks :)

hm, which map are you driving? I've had FX colors turned on forever, and it's like on the left for me. the setting only affects the maps with added mediatracker FX colors, with setting turned off they don't appear.

I just tried to create a completely new map, same mood (day), and even with PostprocessFX enabled, I did not see that contrast effect on my map while driving.

Good point, it was a test map from Trylk.
Actually I had seen he used a "dirty lens" effect on the multilap block, which I removed for a try, still it was showing this "contrast" effect. Perhaps I have missed another track. Let's check again...

Ah it is the 5th MT "Ambiance" MT track, where he used a BloomHdr track, a fog, and a color grading
I never used that before, but now I know what it is for

Issue closed then :D

And thanks for your help
