Problem with Trackmania Stadium

I bought Trackmania Stadium at Steam for 9.99 Euro. I registered key and everything, but I can´t get access to models and when I want to play solo, it says Unknown Mania Credit or something like that (I don´t remember). Can someone help me solve this problem?

Did you reboot your PC? Or at least restarted Steam?

Why do you say that you registered key? Normally keys are automatically linked to your account on Steam, you don't have to enter the key number.
