TM2 - Replay editor - Sound of inserted clip only

Hi,

I am busy with a replay and have entered a "Sound Track" which is actually music I want to hear on the video.

On my rendered video I ONLY want the hear the music track that I entered, and not the actual inrace car sounds (engine, slides, etc)

If I tick the audio stream checkpost under advanced parameters when shooting the video, it records everything.

Is there a way to do this?

You have two possibilities: reduce sounds volume to zero before you shoot the video
Or use a external video editing software aftewards, remove the audio track from TrackMania and replace by your own music.

Are you talking about the option if you move your mouse to the top right of the screen? I turned the sound volume all the way to the left there, and turned my music volume all the way up. After rendering the video, the music track and the ingame sounds both recorded full volume?

Or am I doing something wrong

nothing wrong, apparently it's not possible to get rid of the sounds.
But isn't this a car driving game, and not a music listening game?

Finally Finished. I eventually recorded the clip with MSI afterburner and compressed with Virtuadub afterwards. Not the insane quality I hoped for, but not too bad.
