I'm not sure this will help but it seems to me you could check that ManiaPlanet itself is running under the Adminstrator account:

Uninstall competely. Download the most actual setup from the https://player.maniaplanet.com page (Accounts -> Downloads) and install it.

Alread tried that three times, deleted all game data from my PC, but it still didn't work. Also tried installing directly on C:\, which didn't work as well.

Have you tried to create a new administrator account in your computer and from this account, to update the game ? Who knows, it could be a solution
