Multiple displays - Save settings or default to highest res.

Hi,

I've tried TrackMania 2 Stadium and there's something a bit annoying: when using multiple displays, the resolution defaults to the minimum available after a display change, so I have to manually choose 1280x1024 when using my monitor, and 1920x1080 when using the TV.
It would be nice that resolution should be kept separately for each display, although defaulting to maximum available should do the trick too (I guess this problem must be a common thing for multiple display users).
