"This file cannot be uploaded to the Steam Workshop"

I would like to upload a Title Pack to the Steam Workshop.
After selecting the Gbx file the following error message appears:

"This file cannot be uploaded to the workshop."

Maps can be uploaded. Is there a size limit? The size of my Title Pack is only 230 MB.

EDIT: I checked the code. There is a limit at 100 MB... :(
Again: Nadeo should show more detailed error messages. ;)
