No hit-animation on last hit in Joust/Instagib etc

Hi NADEO,

I'd like to report that in some gamemodes when you get the final hit you dont see the hit-animation.
Hit-animation = the yellow +"number" ( +1 , +2 , etc )

You can easily verify this bug in your featured video on Facebook or by simply playing ShootMania Joust (& other modes)

It looks weird while playing ( because sometimes you dont know if you actually hit him ). It's inconsistent with other gamemodes ( such as Elite where its working correctly ) and it looks bad in videos.
