Since those are still (or again) there, let's summarize the local play bugs.
Bug: this is common, opponent skins are changing randomly, not even keeping the selected nationality.
Hot seat:
Feature: Please add the option to hide the opponent player tag. Even the key 'O' to hide opponent doesn't work here.

Bug: Message <player> is eliminated sometimes appears 2x (I used ENTER key to close each)
Bug: Setting tries to 1 or 0 has no effect, the game still proposes retries until all opponents are eliminated.
I would expect here that every player has only 1 try and the best wins...
Split Screen:
Bug(?): Aspect ratio apparently never correct. on a wide screen (16:9), the horizontal split screen looks odd, extended a lot, even if using different camera perspectives. And on vertical split screen, it lookes squeezed.
Also the aspect ratio of the text messages that appear in the center of the screen is wrong.

Bug: the skin of the player on the left or upper screen is hidden by the other player(s) at the start, which is confusing.

Bug(?): on 3 screen mode, the screen is acutally split into 4 screens, but the first player is shown on 2 screens, which is confusing at the start

Bug: on the countown, at the "Go" display, the screen fades into black, which is not good for the eyes.

Bug: The input device selection is misleading and not intuitive at the first visit.
After modifying the keyboard input with 'Set' button, there was still the 'Cancel' button, and the just modified inputs were not taken as new setting.

Bug: As soon as a different player has won a round, both winner names are shown in the message that appears above the podium. And with the third next different winner, it gets worse. All messages "<player> has won the match!" appear overlapped:

Bug: Don't know how I managed to reach it, in the track selection, suddenly I could neither add tracks nor go back to the main menu.
The "Back" button showed mouse over effect, but was not working.
And any try to add one map failed. However it was possible to select a few maps and save that list.
But the only escape now was to close the game

Perhaps you can find some clue in the logfile here
Besides that, I'm really wondering of the hundreds of various assert errors in the log.
