[TM2] Cannot Access "Models" from the Profile Menu

I recently purchased TrackMania 2: Stadium off Steam, and I've downloaded several car models/skins. However, when I want to go to to my Profile and select the model/skin I want to use, I cannot access it for some odd reason. My key for the game has been activated already, so I don't know what else the problem could be. Help?
