The cliff blocks are really amazing
Although the barbwires on the cliff path would not prevent any car to pass
it looks very nice

Could you perhaps add colors like those in the Canyon cliff blocks? I mean the helpers which are only visible in the icons and before placing the blocks.

As long as we don't know how to make the "builtin" helpers work, I think it would be enough to just add colors for matching street/path heights to the icons:

It looks like that it is only possible to connect to the cliffs with bridges?
I'm missing following junction blocks: from regular street on the ground, from regular wood path on the ground,
and also a connection to a street or path on top of the cliff.

Block 5-1-3-3 (slope with longer gallery) is missing a symmetric counterpart.

Unless you don't want to have all blocks symmetric. ;)

Block 5-1-2-9 has a "gothic age" shape of the street, which makes it visible that something does not really match here. Either make the street more round ("romanesque"), or create a totally different block here?

Why do the kinf of s-curve blocks 5-1-2-7 and 5-1-2-8 have rounded edges on the top!?
If you place them at the border of a map, ok, but it I need a filled mountain top (this is required to have a closed mountain for proper shadow calculation, also to prevent some transparency effects if you're looking from the other side, e.g. on flyover replays).

Anyways I find it very difficult to place flat mountain top blocks 5-4-5-x, as they tend to snap to wrong height or don't snap at all to the height of the nearby placed cliff blocks

Nice TMarc, deep testing <3
So...

- I know how to make built in helper but i dont think it will be very usefull. Currently there is only 2 road levels, most of the time you can see on the icon which is which, your color boxes on icons is a good idea, but for now, i don't think i want to edit more than 100 icons :p
Usually, the blocs are sorted by two, so if you pick the wrong block, the right one should be the next...

- For the junctions, i have an issue with the blocs going on the floor, i try to make something looking good but its not easy because its not possible to remove the floor, so i have high grass going through my road ^^
Anyway i have some plans in my head for other junctions. (floor and top)

- This block got a symmetric counterpart, it's just it doesn't have a gallery... i like to make all blocks differents ^^

- I'll edit this block to make it more natural, you are right :D

- Rounded edge was a mistake, fixed in today's update ;)

- To place flat grass on top of mountains, there is no miracle solution. When you select a grass block, you have to find a pivot on the mountain block already placed. I can add a pivot to the grass but not sure it will help.
This is because the Nadeo grass floor is not the 0 level in Valley...
With some practice, it's not that hard to fill the holes, remember you can press A or . to switch pivot, that can help.

That's all !

You can scroll up the items are not bound to floor.
They are made to be on floor, so if you place them on different level, you might have to do more work to hide some things ^^

You can also just press f4 again and then you get a super fine grid in which you can place the objects in

Thanks for the fast updates :D

What do you think about making the objects embeddable? The cliffs are a real addition to Valley
