This has been discussed before.. Nadeo wanted to keep Stadium original for pro reasons.. It is just the other environments that you can switch vehicles..

And I would suspect that, perhaps some the user titles haven't got solo play and/or a titlepack script within.

Unfortunately nothing official.
But:

First we started with updates, but it quickly went into the same pattern again: move something, people like/dislike, difficulties to have tests with map changes or test gameplay evolution. So, we decided that we need bigger releases first, before making small updates on them, and our target is to mix Maniaplanet 4 & Power Up together for 2016. It helped us concentrate on Trackmania and it's good to do! 2016 should be a Shootmania year inside the studio and it will be good to for us, since we so much like the game, the creative aspect of it and the competitive aspect of it. Adding stuff for noobs is also a big plus, since they are the ones to be the Elite later on.

And I understand I should be careful before saying anything that is not sure.

I urgently recommend you to take a look at the TMPlus title.
The guys are pretty active at the moment, there are lots of new cliff side road blocks for Valley

You can change your location under your profile, but you will loose LPs, if you are over 60k. Medals shouldn`t be affected I think, the locations is most important for multiplayer ladders.
If you only want to change the avatar flag, you can put there any image you want (in the right format ofc).

-Normally you can change your nation in your profile. e.g you enter tm² canyon (it's on all environments the same)

"profile" is the last one before "quit"

but i can't say if it's possible with the demo.

-You keep your medals and all your profile stuff after purchasing the game, so don't feel worry about it

Can there be a way to force the dafault hud, regardless of what the server you're on tries to use? I can't stand the widgets some servers have, especially when there's ads or donate buttons you can't get rid of without hiding the hud altogether.

I told it already to the players at the Gamers Assembly that they have to wait 2~3 months at last before we can talk of the next steps and further go onward.
Many things already happened, like the transformation of ]Live [translation note:Nadeo Live] in a extention of the development capacities of the studio. This does not mean that there will be less communication when the things will be visible again, but it means that we have modified our organization.
Last year I told that 2015 would be a TM year, and I confirm it.
We are working hard, and you have to let us do still some more time, and then it will be good [translation note: ça valley is just a pun, actually this means ça va aller]

Question: What about the gravity setting? Will it be free?

The question about customization of gameplays, this will be for the Power Up. But this require lot of work and attention. To open the gravity setting has an impact on the shock absorbers and others, and might lead to delicate or even unrulable physics limits. Currently, you can modify only the acceleration and the steering angle.
