I would like to report that most matches ( lets say 65% ) on MatchMaking are not 3v3 and thus not balanced.
People always leave with several reasons :
- I have a pracc
- I don't like this map
- Not the same level / unbalanced
- They leave after they failed a round
- They leave at the end because they dont wanna tryhard to come back. (when losing)
- They leave the last round because they dont want to lose LP
- My friend came online and I want to ally
Other Reasons:
- In the first round some players havent spawned in-time because the match starts too fast.
These reasons arent even far-fetched and I can think of way way more.

Obviously not all players leave! Some are actually kind enough to stay, but then they are AFK. Nobody likes to have an AFK-player in his team because the attacker get's 1 extra armor. This again is unbalanced.
NADEO : But Novationx, can't you kick this AFK player? That would make it more balanced, no?
Well, in order to kick a player you actually need 5 votes and then ( I dont know why ) the vote-timer keeps on going to 0 before he actually gets kicked. So with some bad luck you already gave away 2 rounds. And obviously there are plenty of people that press F2 so they can win their match.
And if this isnt bad enough : A kicked player can come back and be AFK again!!
In other games only the team-mates (and not the enemies) can decide what happens to the team. In ShootMania it takes all players to vote. This again feels unfair.
Some examples of ---only--- today. I think I maybe played 10 matches today and I try to take screenshots when somebody leaves just to proof my point. Unfortunately I always forgot to take screenshots and I only took 4.
Possible Solutions :
- Increase Penalty-time with factor 5 or 10.
--> I dont think a penalty of 10minutes is long. ( Compared to other games it's actually quite short )
- Increase penalty-time by waaaaaay waaay more when they keep on leaving over and over again
- Kicked players shouldn't be allowed to come back.
Can this please ---oh please--- be looked into in 2015 because 65% of my matches aren't even fun anymore.
