No rocket bounce on red block ...

I dont understand why my rocket aint bouncing

Perhaps only the texture was applied, but not the material?
Or it hits "automatically" the nearest part, which is the top border (the object is not high enough to have substancial difference for the hit detection)?

Thats how u look at it and in a way it makes sense.
But for gamers ( ur also a gamer ofc ) it's like this : All red blocks bounce rockets. This block ( with the same red/color/texture/look/design ) does not.

I'm clearly shooting the red surface and I know the rocket wont travel far because the block is very low, but it should still bounce.

So for me its clearly a bug.


In a competitive game this can be the difference between hit or miss, win or loss.

I did not remember that one especially.
Actually it changes its shape when placed at the ground.
So if i is placed above, it gets its full shape, and is also bouncing rockets fine then.
I tried with all blocks in this series, same behavior for all of them.

Blocks: 6-1-x, 6-2-x, 6-3-x

I presume it was too difficult to have the low blocks "bounceable surface" done correctly due to their many different shapes and they probably chose to disable bouncing here.

Yes you can power jump, not power walljump.
