No mention of a standalone Lagoon whatsoever. It would make sense to bring Lagoon as a standalone, but I don't see it confirmed with "Lagoon will release only next year on Maniaplanet".

If yes, the better question would be:
If I buy Trackmania Turbo, will I get Lagoon in Maniaplanet next year for free, or do I need to buy it (again) seperately? That's what it boils down to.

What I hope is that on Trackmania Turbo, Console and PC Players can play together. I don't think there is any disadvantage as most people on PC play with a controller anyway. Would make the community more united and bigger.

I think that they were talking about a skin created automatically by choosing avatar, country (but the sound was bad, I'm not sure to have correctly understood everything).

But i think it may be like this: Paid skins wont work because of the lack of the ManiaPlanet-releated scripts, free ones still will (like in the non-legit AKA pirated versions, only models created for that old version loads, the others require MP, thus, not loading), or they wont load (because no backwards compatibility) and this will only be possible on PC. They will start unlocked (custom ones), while others won't (I heard something in the lines of unlocking stuff, it may be the same system they used for TMWii/DS).
Also asked about model sources for ports to other MP/TMUF games, also no awnser, but that ain't a problem when you can use Ninja Ripper. (also, its too early to ask those questions, but since im a silly porter, ohwell )

They will probably decide how to deal with those later, and start by finishing what's remaining (which is probably, fix bugs, add Valley and Canyon)

Than you should rethink, but it does mean that.

As a TMT player, why would I move to maniaplanet? I already have all four environments and they are also much more upgraded than they are in the current MP TM2.

Indeed we still don't know much about TMT but from what it looks like right now, I'd say it's more likely for Maniaplanet to move to TMT rather than TMT to Maniaplanet.
