When Canyon was released, the players of TMUF could have their existing login, as they were reserved for 1 year if I remember correctly.
Will the same happen with Turbo?
Means: will Trackmania² players from Maniaplanet have their logins protected for some time, let's say half a year?
Logins - reserved, or need to have new one?

I think no, I think your TMT "account" is binded on your uplay account from ubisoft. But yes, nadeo will give you maybe more detailed answer

Why would you need to? its literally only a mild inconvenience if someone beats you to your name at best..TMarc wrote:When Canyon was released, the players of TMUF could have their existing login, as they were reserved for 1 year if I remember correctly.

roughly translated: the book of the dead.

Who would steal a name like BLaHiTiS
Like in the beginning I found it kinda funny, lets choose an edgy name for a game that you can build tracks with, stunt on and have fun. But now I'm kinda stuck with that in the trackmania community
In ALL other games and on steam I'm known as CosmicD
So I have a choise.
Guess BLaHiTiS will be just french for CosmicD because It kinda sounds great in french
In english it just sounds a bit .. off beat

yeah that's right, did not think of that, and it would make sense.kripkee wrote:I think no, I think your TMT "account" is binded on your uplay account from ubisoft. But yes, nadeo will give you maybe more detailed answer
Unless they to it like ManiaPlanet in the past: e.g. the login of the Mainaplanet account is not necessarily the Steam login.
But yes, let's see what the official answer - or the reality will be latest end of November
