[MP3] [Steam] Batch Map Conversion fails

On the Steam Version of (at least) TrackMania 2 Stadium, Maps from TMNF cannot be batch converted via command line. This is due to multiple Issues:

1. Steam always wants me to install ShootMania Storm Demo (if not installed) to handle Command Line Invocation of ManiaPlanet.exe, located within Steam's subfolder for MainaPlanet_TMStadium.
2. If SM Storm Demo is installed, it get's started by Steam instead of the correct TM Stadium one, which will ultimately end in a "restart to play this title" screen. A restart itself either wants to install Valley or just restarts SM Storm Demo. I still have to find a pattern here.
3. Editing the neccessary command line parameters in Steam directly again launches SM Storm.
