Release date question

So, i live on Brazil, and i have a question:
I bought TMTurbo via Steam today, however, while Steam says its going to be released at November 2015 (27th November according to the website), the Ubisoft website from Brazil says its gonna be released December 1st.

Will i have to wait until December to play TMTurbo, even if Steam says released?

If you bought it from Steam, then the game will be available the date Steam is going to release it.
