[Technical Issue (Bug?)] Stuttering only in TM² Canyon

Hi Folks,

(sorry for my bad english, I am german)
I noticed that in TM² Canyon I have some stuttering.
After trying several options (reinstalling and so on), I discovered that the graphicoption "Shaderquality" is the problem.
If it is set on good, there are no problems.
But if I set it on very good, I have stuttering.
I tried some graphic-options and options like "CPU/GPU sync", but the possibilities are so vast that it would take a long time to try out every combination.

So I wanted to know if the problem is known and if there is a solution.
Shure, I could keep the Shaderquality at "good" instead of "very good", but then the game is not fully operational.

If I go in the launcher and change the settings, the menu says to me, that I have only 3GB VRAM. But I have a R9 290 with 4GB VRAM. Does that matter?

My System:
OS: Windows 10 Pro
CPU: AMD FX 8320
GPU: R9 290 4GB
RAM: 8GB DD3

Software is all up to date

The problem is probably related to Windows 10 or the latest AMD driver.
Check also this topic where i reported the same bug and posted my settings .

And my videocard also has 4gb instead of 3gb as the launcher thinks.
I don't know if that has anything to do with the problem, probably not but its worth mentioning.
