Talking abotu this, i know its abotu shootmania but it annoys me.
Whenver i put a light with mixmapping and compute the lights on fast quality, the terrain around the light becomes blacks and shadows get pixelated. Ugly. That should be toook in count when the shadowmapping is being done.

Well, what do you expect from a "fast" setting, it is certainly not of best quality.
Fast is only to get an idea how the shadows might look.
Besides this, it is always good to post screenshots, or even better, the map that has this.

The problem is : If I compute shadows to "normal" then shadows get even more uglier. The ground isn't only receiving the shadow, it literally turns BLACK!

then there is an error in your textures perhaps.
again, please post screenshots and also provide the map and the ressources you are using for it.
