Is this because it's not finished or is this the final look? It feels like anti-aliasing is turned off ( dunno if that is the correct setting, but you know what I mean )
Just my computer doesn't allow to take screenshots in very high quality correctly, the quality is Fast :)
does anti-aliasing work now on high and very high? or still this shitty FXAA, idk if it makes a diffrent on nvidia but on amd cards it looks like there is simply no anti-aliasing at all.

Until you leave the track. It's funnier to challenge your current friends than to try to beat a record from several weeks/months before. There is the campaign for the long term time to beat :)

Why not simply both? like currently Local and Dedimania (Local server records and global records), just session records and global records :D

Indeed, have a system wich looks like a bit to the one we have now, where you can try to beat WR's ghost or friends' ghosts can be in the game.

I've heard Turbo is supported with DirectX11 which allows them to add more graphical options, if that's true then I'm pretty sure Maniaplanet will be updated with it as well later on.

Actually what would be really great would be something like the mario kart cups.

For example, there is a cup called level A and this one includes the maps A0-A5 and you need to drive the best overall time on all five maps. You have three restarts/coins which you can use if you need to respawn at a CP and you play all five maps in a go. Display of rankings after a map.
Finish first map: You see your time in comparison to the overall world ranking of this "cup level A".
Finish second map: One ranking on the left side of the screen, one on the right side. On the left you see the time you drove in comparison to the overall world ranking of this "cup level A". On the right, you see the cumulative time of maps 1 and 2, and how well this time of yours fares with the world ranking.
Finish last map: One ranking on the left side of the screen, one on the right side. On the left you see the time you drove in comparison to the overall world ranking of this "cup level A". On the right, you see the cumulative time of maps 1 to 5 and how well this time of yours fares with the world ranking. Then you can submit this time towards the world ranking. If you don't finish the cup, you can't submit your time.

And of course, provide some small gimmicks when you finish certain percentage of the cups (e.g. all A levels, all B levels and so on. You could also add another difficult level to make the replay value higher. E.g. if you finish all maps on a certain level, reward the players with a new car skin that has higher acceleration+ higher stickiness to the road for an even more arcade feeling. Additionally, there could be different types of challenges, like micro machine courses with a top down view that you can play after unlocking certain amount of times. And of course, the puzzle mode should be back :)

And now I sprouted out a lot of ideas

Just the standard party racemode that's in every game is missing imo...
You play vs PC or friends and you get points for every race you finish. After 4 races the one with the points wins.

Place#1 = 10pts
Place#2 = 8 pts
Place#3 = 6pts
etc

A lil bit like F1.

Why is this not in this beautiful race game ? :o
The neverending waiting game has to stop.

I think, that's how Split Screen and Hot Seat modes work.
