this card is still supported? 
You can try to run the game in "window full" mode instead of "full screen",
or first toggle window mode before tabbing out. Special key is F11.

Also mb the game doesn't fully optimized for Windows 10.. (just a suggestion/presupposition)

"Nobody like it" is not a reason to not try it, you don't know if it helps. 
You know, people with individual issues, caused by outdated stuff, always want their bugs to be fixed, even they mostly caused the issue themselves, sometimes not knowing it.
It is unfortunate, but developpers can't afford to spend (much) time on such individual cases.
And then a workaround or a different handling could be sufficient, where investigations would be very long and not necessarily find the real cause.

That Windows 10 can use your card to display 2D stuff well does not mean that games will work fine as well.
You did not mention if it was working fine before using Windows 10... perhaps the issue is with Windows 10, or with the Directx9 adapter for Windows 10. And then Nadeo can't do much about it, I guess.
However, it would be interesting to see if more people have this issue.
Just to say, I don't have it with Windows 10 64bit and GTX970, currently with drivers 361.43. I can alt+tab or use windows key without issues.
