I think you misunderstood, because the technical info behind it is basically how CS:GO does lobbies, as well.

In CS:GO, you can't control the creation nor the deletion of the server (except when you host it/create a dedi server).
In TMT, you can control your server creation and deletion but you can't host it or create your own dedi server).

And you can see servers with no players in it.

Nah, you are most of the time choosing server region, then channel(server), then room. P2P is used on co op games and ubisoft titles for no reason.

MP2 - Search & Destroy, Oscillation, Instagib
