That's a user-side setting. For administrators to apply to a whole forum, it was added in some recent version of phpbb3 I think, in the location that someone posted earlier.

no, I mean that that mod lets users modify it for themselves, and the thing fastforza posted should be a forum-wide setting. But apparently that one didn't work...
