[PC-Console?] TrackMaster Medal BUG!!!

Hello, there is a problem with the assignment of TRACKMASTER Medals, at least on PC.

Yesterday i finished the track #29 with this time: " 0:26.08"

Like you see, the game says that I made a new (TrackMaster) record, but sadly DON'T gave me the TrackMaster Medal...



The same thing happened before on track #22, I made " 0:22:79 ", the game said:
"your new record: 0:22.79, TRACKMASTER"

And than I got only GOLD medal... so I played again until I got " 0:22.75 " and finally the game gave me the TrackMaster Medal...


So what's up with the game? the TrackMaster Medal are bugged or what?
Answer please that earn those medals are really hard to achieve and i don't want to waste time without getting them

I can guess 2 possible reasons:
- It could be a matter of milliseconds. They're not shown yet exist, thus if somewhere the times aren't compared down to the milliseconds it can say you beat the author time though you actually didn't.
- It could be a matter of how is handled the fact to make the exact same time than author: somewhere it's considered as beating it but somewhere else it's not.

In both cases it's a bug though.
