How do I disable to see the others cars in multiplayer? Very annoying that you see all the others crash when you drive. I the good trackmania games it was the O key. Seems like a bug because this does not work.

It is not implemented, so it is not a bug, only missing expected feature.
You can only disable the name tags (see the keyboard assignments in the main menu).

The beta is over since some days already
Unfortunately it's right, the PC Trackmania gamers have not really been asked.
Nadeo and Ubisoft wanted unprejudiced feedback (only).
