[BUG] Long game start => scanning old TM and MP folders

Hi,

My TM Turbo takes about 30sec to 1 min to start, I get a black screen with a white rectangle, and high HDD usage, so I checked what was going on, and in the Resources Monitor I could see that the game was scanning all my old TM folders in Documents :
- TrackMania
- TrackMania United
- TmUnited
- ManiaPlanet

As I played a lot of these games, there are many files in their folders.

There's no use of scanning them for TM Turbo, some old checks might still be there, making the game very long to start.
