32bit OS
So apparently Trackmania Turbo doesn´t work with a 32 bit OS. The problem is that in the systemrequirements on the shop-page it is not stated. Since it is a digital product i can´t refund it in the uplay-store. So did i get robbed of my money and there is nothing i can do?

Re: 32bit OS
Well... I can play this game on my 32-bit Win. Vista. Does the game show you any error when you try launching it ?

Thats interesting.LeTootToot wrote:Well... I can play this game on my 32-bit Win. Vista. Does the game show you any error when you try launching it ?
For me "the issue is that the game can't allocate more than 2Gb of Ram, if he needs more (the consumption can increase with the duration of the use of the game), if he needs more Ram than he can get, it'll crash." This happens ~10 minutes into the game and is related to my OS (win7 32 bit).
When you go to the readme in c:/programs/ubisoft/ubisoft game launcher/games/trackmania turbo/support it states:
"1. Installation Instructions
#############################
1.1 Minimum system requirements
Operating System: Windows 7 SP1 (64bit version only)"
That let me believe Trackmania Turbo works only under 64 bit and there is no hope it gets patched, because 32 is not supported.

If you bought it on the uPlay shop, I think you should be able to get a refund. Start by contacting the support.

Then insist. Nowadays you never get anything from customer supports by just shyly asking once unfortunately... And depending on your country, there might even be some laws to help you in this situation.
