Editor help please

I was trying to create a horizontal pipe in stadium, but was unable to. I'm also unable to connect the circular towers in the structure tab under decorations. I'm on the console version by the way.

Also, does anyone know if all the missing blocks in the editor will be added in an update?
Sorry if these have been answered, I serched but didn't find anything.

Not everyone has the same blocks like nadeo...

And the horizontal pipes and ability to connect certain blocks? They've removed this?
I did this all the time in other TM games.

I dont think they removed it or at least its possible with the pc version so there should be a way to do it in the console version too. Why they didnt add the items they used in the campagin stays a mystery tho...

Yeah, I've seen custom tracks in this game from the pc version with this stuff done. But for what ever reason it doesn't seem possible on console. Which sucks, because I wanted to recreate some of my old tracks from TMUF.
