Hey guys,
I just downloaded the free 48h version of Trackmania 2 Stadium and wanted to register in game but every time it says something like: "Connection Problem Failed creating the account. Mistake: Repeat procedure?"
I don't have any problems with the internet and I already tried registering with firewall and antivirus turned off.
Could you help me solving this problem? Thanks.

Ok, I tried to login with an account I must have created some time ago and when I login it says: "Couldn't connect. Error 12157"
Re: Can't register to Maniaplanet
Where did you download it from exactly?
Are you sure you checked every of your security programs? Also Defender?
And did you try to run it as Admin at least for the start?

I downloaded it directly from Maniaplanet and I only tried it with Antivirus and Firewall turned off. I can't find where to turn off the defender. Running it as admin didn't work either.

Re: Can't register to Maniaplanet
Could it be the reason that I already activated an account and the 48 hours expired and now something like my IP is blocked to create a new account or log in with the existing one? Although it would be confusing to then get a message saying "Connection error" instead of "Your 48 hours expired".
Re: Can't register to Maniaplanet
I don't think.
If the registration had failed, you would be in the demo mode.
There, after the first 48h, you could still play for 1h every day.
Another issue could be Internet Explorer, if it is offline, Maniaplanet won't be able to connect either.
Please check your Windows Internet settings.
Btw. which version of Windows are you using?
If you checked the Internet and Internet Explorer settings, have reset to default, and it is still not working,
would you please reboot your PC, then run the following command in a cmd line window:
netstat -na
and then paste the result here (you can clear your IP if you have a static publich IP, e.g. which is not starting with 192 address range) ?
I suspect something blocking Maniaplanet.

Re: Can't register to Maniaplanet
Yes, my Internet Explorer isn't working! I can't open any websites. But my standard browser (Google Chrome) is working fine. I can't even uninstall Internet Explorer. I checked my internet settings and also googled what to change in order to get the Internet Explorer working but couldn't find anything that worked. Unfortunately, I can't find where to reset the Internet Explorer to default. There is an option saying "Internet settings" but there isn't any "Reset to default" button, so I don't know what to change. I am using Windows 7. I'll try the thing with the command line now.

That's the result but it doesn't show my IP anywhere.
