Hello dear ShootMania community.
Some weird case happened to me. I just came back after 1/2 a year from Australia (i'v been there as an exchange student ...). But now to my case. After i came back from my trip i wanted to play some rounds of ShootMania just for fun. So i launched the game and tried to lock into my account. For some suspicious reasons it didn't work and some weired message saying that i broke the rules and have been banned from playing ShootMania. First i thought its just some kind of bug since we all know that ShootMania is kind of buggy some day . But since the message keeps appearing day after day i truely don't believe its a bug. The most guys might know that i'v never used cheats or insulted player harshly ingame so i don't know where that ban comes from =(. Have you guys ever faced an issue like this? Or do you guys know what i'v did wrong?

I would like to add some extra information before NADEO takes any action :

Striker played with the account 'alpenkind' . Yes, that same striker everybody is complaining about. The same striker that deserves to be banned and already is banned on a lot of demo- & paid accounts.
So this might just as well be striker asking for his account back... And what a convenient timing? In the same week that NADEO limited the demo-accounts... #curioustiming

Another thing I would like to add :
You are responsible for your account. I dont care if you borrowed your account to him with the best intentions. If somebody cheated in a cup and gets banned, then it wont get unbanned because somebody else claims the account. And the situation you are in is exactly the same.


Create a demo-account or buy a new account. It's only €20 afterall. You dont deserve to get your account back, eventhough you might be a super nice guy.

Multiple people can confirm (including me & my teammates) that striker was playing with your account the last few months.

You are responsible for what happens with your account. I also heard some of your german friends say that you lended him your account.

Everything about this is just superfishy :

Nadeo changed the demo-accounts
- here you are to reclaim a banned account
You are german, he is german. I heard people say you gave him your account
- Yet here you claim u dont know any of that

Your might right if you say that this looks fishy, but i don't know who is telling these lies about me. I never gave my pw/account to anyone. Tbh i didn't even mentioned that nadeo disabled this free acc thingy. As i said i'v been to Australia for 1/2 year. How can i be responsible for my acc if i'm not even at home? As i already said its not my fault that nadeo can't prevent accounts from getting hacked thats basiclly a fact and even you have to confirm this. I don't know why you have such a problem with me, i did nothing to you tbh i don't even know who you are.

And i mean wtf is this argumentation: You are german, he is german. I heard people say you gave him your account, so you wanna tell me it depends on nationallity if you are friends or not or help each other or not?
And about the point, that you hear people saying i gave him my acc. Are you really listening to any rumor?
Sorry but i can't take this serious at all. Im just here to claim a problem and you offend me instandly just because you might heared from people that i gave my acc to this striker guy (what i actually never did LOL). Im just here to fix this issue and i want to know from NADEO why my acc is banned thats it

Well your account got banned for a reason, and not because you've been as an exchange student in Australia. Your account is your responsibility, if you share password with someone else or say it in public, you've dug your own grave.

If you didn't share password, then either you've forgotten what you did before you went to Australia or your password is/was: 123, ABC, LOL or HAHA.

About NADEO & Accounts : Every account in the world and every game can be hacked. Yet I never saw anyone else using my account and I make sure of it. You can do that too by being careful.... So dont put all the blame on NADEO as they did nothing wrong. Maybe you're hacked and you just got unlucky.

I never said that, but if i would'v been at home and saw that some crazy stuff went bad with my account i could'v at least changed the pw to denie the acces to everyone who was using my account. As i'v already said, i shared my pw with noone and i will never do it again. I'm just asking NADEO for another chance, to prove that it wasn't me doing bad things with this account. I hope you understand my point

Yes im the same opinion that whoever used my acc don't deserve another chance (we don't know so far who used my acc). But i just can't understand why i should pay for faults made by 2 sides. First of all my side, i should'v picked a better password to prevent my acc. But second of all NADEO. Im using my steam account since 4 years and never something like this happened too me so i think at some point its also NADEO's fault. As you said, i went unlucky, thats why i want to have another chance, just to show that it wasn't me doing bad things with my account.

So someone connects right when you're as an exchange student away from home. Why does this ''I wasn't home for xyz time, and when I came back my account was banned'' sound so familiar.

Either way, accounts don't get hacked just like that. You must have shared your password with someone, or logged in on a public PC somewhere so it came to that. Never share a password, people aren't trustworthy even if you think so.

Like I've said, your account your responsibility.

Looking at this i can tell you your account was active less than 2 months ago and several times over the past year

And i've never heard of an account being "hacked", accounts are being shared, password are too, but never someone got acces to someone else's account by hacking anything.
