[HELP] Locator problem (?)

So, i dont know if this is the right place for my topic, but here we go
I was making a custom 2d skin for the nadeo 3d car on TrackmaniaUnited and thats the problem:

you have to remove the stuff at the end of the link ( like http://dropbox...test1.zip but nothing else behind).
and some other useful resource would be Carpark.
