New AMD drivers

any one else been having problems with the new amd drivers and windows 10, ok in very fast

it started with the second from last AMD driver, all ok before, new driver lagging run ok on fast settings mind

The only thing that is helping me is lower the shader settings. Tested also the 16.5.3 but thats not solving the issue. It probably has something to do with how win 10 combined with amd is handling dx9.

this is the second AMD driver in 2 weeks, was working fine before, so i guess i will have to run
on lower settings till a newer driver comes out, one thing i haven't been uninstalling my drivers, i just let the AMD
program update the driver when prompted.

Well another new driver from AMD yesterday, still the same problem, is this ever going to get fixed
